Standard summary: HYFI-100 is a template for creating standards for Tokenized Assets on the Blockchain.

1. Token Details

1.1 Name: Descriptive, human-readable name of the token.

1.2 Token ID: A unique identifier generated by the HYFI Blockchain on token creation.

1.3 Issuance Date: Date the token was initially issued.

1.4 Open: Authorizes future issuances of additional units.

1.5 Restrict: Imposes limitations on sending and receiving.

1.6 Unrestrict: Removes per-token issuance restrictions.

1.7 Canclose: Permits the token to be closed or reopened for issuance.

1.8 Total Limit: Maximum units allowable for issuance.

1.9 Issue Limit: Maximum number of units allowed per issuance event.

6.2 Asset Description: Detailed description of the asset, including unique features, history, and other relevant information. Include urls / hashes if applicable.

 

7. Asset Valuation

7.1 Asset Valuation Amount: The current or latest valuation of the asset in a specified currency.

7.2 Asset Valuation Date: The date on which the asset was last valued before being tokenized.

7.3 Asset Valuation Method: The methodology used for asset valuation (e.g., appraisal, market comparison).

7.4 Asset Valuation Report: Include urls / hashes if applicable.

 

8. Legal and Regulatory Information

8.1 Asset Jurisdiction: The legal jurisdiction under which the asset is governed.

8.2 Token Jurisdiction: The legal jurisdiction under which the tokenization is governed.

8.3 Regulatory Compliance: Information on compliance with relevant regulations e.g., KYC, AML, CFT, Freezing of Assets, Consumer Protection, Right-to-be-forgotten Regulations, Data Privacy, Copyright laws. Include urls / hashes if applicable.

 

9. Asset Specifics

9.1 Asset Dimensions / Size: Particularly relevant for art, diamonds, real estate, etc. Include urls / hashes if applicable.

9.2 Asset Location: Particularly relevant for real estate, tax deeds, and certain collectibles.

9.3 Asset Creation/Production Date: Particularly relevant for art, copyright licenses, whisky casks, etc.

9.4 Asset Creator: For art, copyright licenses (books, movies, music, software).

10. 1 Income/Revenue: Particularly relevant for assets generating regular income (e.g., real estate, private equity).

10.2 Dividend/Interest Rate: Particularly relevant for structured financial products, private equity.

10.3 Maturity Date: Particularly relevant for structured financial products.

11.1 Custodian Entity: Information about any entity responsible for the custody of the asset.

11.2 Custodian Fees: Any fees associated with the custody of the asset.

11.3 Management Entity: Information about any entity responsible for managing the asset e.g., property management for real estate, fund manager for private equity.

11.4 Management Fees: Any fees associated with the management of the asset.

11.5 Other Fees: Any fees associated with the asset e.g. storage, insurance, license renewals. Include urls / hashes if applicable.
